Haus Idris is located in a very quiet side street, Gerberweg, and therefore offers ideal conditions for relaxed and undisturbed living. Despite the quiet location, the center of Naturno is only a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is conventionated and can therefore only be occupied as a main residence. An exemption from the convention and thus also the possibility of use as a second or vacation home is possible against payment of an exemption fee.
