The “Grüblwiesen” residential complex was built directly in the center of Silandro, near the bus stop. It is a residential building with 2 offices, apartments in various sizes with a terrace, underground parking, and outdoor parking spaces. The building was constructed as a low-energy house according to the standards of the “KlimaHaus A -Nature” with the best construction quality. A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof.
