Haus Idris is a residential building with just seven residential units in a quiet location close to the village center. The building blends harmoniously into the existing residential environment and offers contemporary living space. The well thought-out floor plans and clear architectural structure create bright, usable living spaces that meet the requirements of everyday life as well as the desire for comfort and privacy. The proximity to the town center allows for short distances, while the quiet surroundings guarantee relaxed living. The architecture is characterized by clear lines and calm façade surfaces. Balconies and terraces extend the living space to the outside and create private outdoor areas with good usability. Large window areas ensure bright interiors and provide a good connection between indoor and outdoor areas. At the same time, attention was paid to a well thought-out arrangement to ensure both views and consideration for the neighborhood. The building is planned and constructed according to the criteria of the Klimahaus A Nature standard. This standard is reflected both in the energy-efficient construction method and in the careful selection of materials. The construction method and choice of materials are geared towards durability, efficiency and living comfort.
