The “Residence Sonnenberg” residential complex will be built in Kastelbell, on the site of the current furniture store. It will feature a modern and timeless design, achieved through the use of various materials and colors. Part of the building will be clad in wood. The relocation of the main traffic artery creates a traffic-calmed zone with ideal connections. Shops, bus stop, train station, as well as primary school and kindergarten are in the immediate vicinity and easily and conveniently accessible on foot.
